Your wedding day is a day that will always haunt you with pleasant memories if you do it right that very first time. Every anniversary should the wedding hold will wash you with memories and you are tempted to re-live those moments when you announced to the gathered guests and friends that you are ready to commit to your partner. Instead of reliving those moments, live them literally. There is absolutely nothing wrong with you and your partner renewing your vows for as many times as you want. You can use every anniversary to rededicate yourself to your partner and for the good wedding day times as well.

There are many reasons why different people revisit their wedding vows. There are some people who did not have the chance to hold a formal wedding ceremony even though they are legally married. Others just want to have fun in reminiscing their wedding day. Whatever the reason, plan your wedding vow renewal with the same zeal and dedication as during the first time. Invite guests that you know share the joy of the success of your marriage and let them witness your undying and unwavering commitment to your partner.

But there are a few exceptions; you do not have to go the whole length as an actual wedding day. Except for the minister to administer {no pun intended} the vows, let it be wild and even experimental. Choose an exquisite location that will bring about a feeling of newly-weds. A beach or a magnificent resort setting will enhance that feeling and rekindle young and fresh romance between you and your partner. Some wedding advisors have actually cited this as a way of ensuring your marriage outlives critics’ projections.

To keep the memories fresh, you can choose to remodel the setting of your first wedding vows. This will help in forever keeping fresh the memories of the day that you both made those all-important vows to stick together through thick and thin. Get a replica wedding gown and other adornments. If possible, invite most of the same guests that attended the first ceremony as a sign that inviting them the first time was to witness your commitment to that marriage and not just a fad.

If your second vows are being said during your anniversary, let your cake scream that fact very loud. The number of years you have stuck together should be imprinted on the cake. And the setting can be made more unique if your children are around. But remember when saying vows for the second time; remember it is all about you and your partner. You may want to give gifts or favors but this time around they are not an absolute obligation. The first ceremony might have been solemnly uncertain but this one should be celebratory.

Make adequate budgeting for the vow-saying ceremony and the reception. And hey, you can even choose to go for your honeymoon a second time. If there was anything that went awry the first time, you have every opportunity to make it right this time around. So for whatever reason you choose to repeat your sweet vows, make it big and worthwhile as a stamp on your marital commitment.
