So, you want to start a business online, huh?
Well there are some skills you are either going to have to master or pay to have them outsourced. But to get you started in the right direction you need to know what kind of online business you would like to pursue.
There are many different businesses you can have and start online.
The Three Main Ones are:
Internet Marketing Affiliate Marketing Joint Ventures
Almost every business online falls under one of these three main categories. So, just incase none of those labels holds any kind of meaning for you we are going to go over them here so that after reading this report you will have a better idea as to how you would like to pursue your online career.
Internet Marketing is a Huge Field and pretty much encompasses any business you might find on the internet. It is also a skill that takes some time to hone and develop into a profitable venture. Basically if you have a website or are selling someone else's products or services online then you have to know how to Market on the internet.
Affiliate Marketing is the selling of other peoples products or services (as we stated up above) and they will then pay you a commission for the amount of sales you generate. Most range from 40 commissions for every sale you generate. They determine this by giving you a specific "Affiliate URL" of which you will send all of your traffic through. Finding these types of opportunities can be found in what is called "Affiliate Programs"
Just to name a couple are Clickbank , Commission Junction, & the BizOpp Network. Most programs either will pay you for generating sales of information products, programs, etc... that you can down load online. Others pay you for physical products, while some will pay you for sending people to optin forms where you're paid a couple of dollars for every person that submits their information to find out more about a product or service.
Now, Joint Ventures are a little bit, tricky as you generally need to be an experienced marketer for anyone to take you seriously. Although there are some occasions that you would be able to get people to basically partner up with you if you pay them a fairly high commission for the results they generate. Such as if you have a product about dog training you have developed that takes people all the way through the process of training any dog to obedience.
On the Other hand, if you didn't want to worry about marketing this product yourself you could start a JV (Joint Venture) with some people that would then make you a website, drive traffic, or handle all of the technical problems involved with running an online business for a specific amount of money or something else you could do for them in return. Most of the time people are only going to JV with someone they know or someone they feel they can trust and doing that online takes a lot of consistency.
Now that you know a little bit more about some of the opportunities online you may be able to make a more informed decision about what your next step needs to be.
My advice is, if you don't know anything about Internet Marketing then it would very much benefit you to find someone who is selling a product or mentorship program that would be able to show you the ropes.
And as always, only buy from people you trust online, feel are credible, and/or offer a guarantee for the product of service you are looking to buy.
