Abundance! Everyone wants it. Everyone thinks about it. But, NOT everyone has it. It's no secret that over 97% of wealth is controlled by 1% of the population. Did you ever wonder why? Did you ever wonder how YOU can jump over to the other side?

The reality is that you can. There are some basic rules to the Universe. People are changing...one day you feel great and the next day you don't. The Universe isn't like that. It is stationary in its rules. It can always be counted on to move in a certain way. It is stable and can be counted on.

If you want to know how to work with the Universe, take a look at these Laws:

1) The Law of Perpetual Transmutation. This law stated that what you hold in your mind most often, materializes. Think about it- thoughts are energy. If you focus on one thought, it will come to be. Too often people focus on bad thoughts, like "I'm not going to get that raise", or "I know I am going to be late for my meeting." And what happens? They don't get the raise and they're late for the meeting. This isn't a coincidence. It would be much better use of energy to focus on good thoughts. Expect good things to happen to you. Expect money to come to you. Expect relationships to work out. See how your mindset will change your outcomes!
2) The Law of Relativity. You know when something bad happens and you get down? Try thinking about "bad" things as relative to other things. For example, my car broke down the other day when I was driving on the highway. My first instinct was to think "Aw great! This sucks! Now I have to go through the hassle of...etc etc." So I called my towing company (they do it for free), they towed my car and drove me home. In the end it was a relatively simple fix to get my car running again. As I was being towed off the interstate, I noticed a young man sitting on his broke down car. He seemed very upset. I started thinking about my situation and his. I have a free towing company that works 24-hours/7-days a week available to me. I had a ride home. I had the funds to fix my car, regardless of what the problem was. Maybe he didn't. Within an hour-and-a-half of my break down, I was safe and cool in my house with central air. Maybe he was still sitting there waiting. When you relate your "bad" times to other people whose situations may be much worse, they don't look quite as bad anymore. All I know is that the next time my car breaks down, I plan on having a different attitude about it. An attitude of thankfulness that so many resources are available to me.
3) The Law of Vibration. Your thoughts control the paradigms that dictate what you attract! Again- think positive to bring positive things into your life. Think negative to bring negative things into your life. Simple.
4) The Law of Polarity. Everything has its opposite. One way to work with this is to seek out the good in people and situations. Look for goodness. If you think of something good about someone (friend or stranger) tell them. The fact is people like compliments. If you give them one, the goodness will make then feel good and you'll feel good too. Who wouldn't want to send good into the Universe? (Remember- what you send out, is what you get back!)
5) The Law of Rhythm. Everything has a rhythm...the tide rolls in and then it rolls out. Night comes and then day. Spring brings in summer, which brings in fall, which brings in winter, etc. Just like the stock market, everything that goes up, comes down. Always remember that if things are "down", they will go up. "And this too shall pass..."
6) The Law of Cause and Effect. There is a perpetual never-ending cycle of cause and effect. A lot of people claim that things "just happen." There is no such thing as chance. How many times have you had something happen that made no sense to you, only to realize a few weeks/months/years down the road that it was the best thing that could have happened? I was let go at a company a few years ago. Of course at the time I was devastated but due to budget cuts, I was the first to go. I loved everyone there, something that not a lot of us can say about our jobs. Now, looking back it was one of the best things that could have happened. It caused me to really sit down and think about what I wanted to do. Once I figured that out, I was able to be free of the limitations of work. I was no longer restricted to working as hard as I could, with only a $40,000 paycheck at the end of the year to show for it. I slowly realized (while on unemployment) that the sky was my limit. On the other hand, what if they never down-sized? What if I was still working there? Maybe I'd be up to about $50,000 now due to raises and bonuses, but that pales in comparison to what I make now.
7) The Law of Gender. This law states that every seed has its gestation period. Our thoughts are seeds. When you plant a seed of thought, it will move into form, but in its own time. The Universe knows the right time for everything to come to be. If anything, be sure to know that your dreams "are on their way." Even if there is no sign of them right now; believe and know that they are on their way.

These are the Laws of the Universe alive in our worlds. Take time to write out how you can apply these to your life. Remember- your thoughts are what are building your reality. Your thoughts can change your life. Your focus can dictate where you are going. Put time and effort into getting the life you deserve...not the live you think you have to accept. You are powerful and great. Use that power and greatness to bring the life you dream of into being!
