The Anonymous Cards – We are a law firm. Your transactions with us are covered by attorney client privilege. The banks issuing the cards do not know who you are and do not have any ID belonging to you. These cards have no individual personal name on them. They do have the name of a corporation on them. There is no need for you to form a corporation. Your name is not on the card and it is not contained in the magnetic strip. These cards are delivered to you from stock inventory. You can come to our law offices in Guatemala and pick your card out from a stack of them in a box. Anonymous means anonymous. No ATM machine is going to be able to get your personal name from the card. There is no billing address belonging to you associated with the cards. This is one of the few anonymous card programs left anywhere in the world.

Type of Card – Master Card and Visa are available. These are physical cards, not virtual cards. These are secured cards. You are spending your own money.

Expiration Date – Cards have a four-year expiration date (approximate) from date of issuance.

ATM Use – The Visa cards we offer are good for $1,000 a day in the ATM machines. They work in ATM machines around the world. The Master Card we offer is only good for $300 a day in the ATM but this limit is being raised soon.

Online Use – The cards will work online. To keep you anonymous the billing address is that of one of the corporations being used, not your address.

In Store Use – The cards will work in retail stores with and without a pin number. You can swipe the card to make a charge.

Privacy Alert – We strongly suggest that these cards are not used to buy airline tickets or to rent cars with. The airlines and car rental agencies will put the credit card into their computer database and associate it with your passport or driver license thus destroying the anonymity. We have no idea what marketing companies or government agencies this data is shared with. Buy air tickets with cash obtained from an ATM machines.

Maximum Load – Both cards have a maximum load of $9500 per month. You can have several cards since there are no names on them thus increasing your limits this way using multiple cards.

Amount of Cards – One person can have up to 10 cards. This makes the daily ATM limit combined limit $10,000 and the monthly combined load and use limit would be $95,000.

ID Required – We need a scan of a driver license and passport. No notary needed. The ID does not go to the bank it is for our files only. We cannot supply a card without the ID, sorry. Try to scan as a 300 dpi jpeg or jpg. Send to us as an email attachment. Email address is: staff@panamalegal.org

Time Frame – Cards will take 2 weeks to be delivered from the time we receive your payment.

Delivery - Cards are sent by Fed Ex or DHL. You can have it go to any address or mail drop that you like. Cards can be picked up in person at our offices in Guatemala.
