Everybody is unique and has his/her own metabolic rate. We do not believe that there is only one way to lose weight just as we do not believe that there is a magic weight loss pill. We prefer to work with our clients individually and customize the weight loss healing program to get the optimum results.
So what works and what doesn’t? Losing weight by starvation and exhaustive exercises in the gym is torturous for many people. You have probably tried many "miracle pills" that brought little or no results. Losing weigh by doing something for "just 5 minutes a day" or "just 10 minutes a day" or "just 15 minutes a day" is preposterous. Yo-yo diets such as Atkins Diet do not work in a long term and can cause many health problems in future. "Nobody wants to hear this," says Dr. James W. Anderson, professor of medicine and clinical nutrition at the University of Kentucky School of Medicine in Lexington. "People lose weight, at least in the short term. I am not arguing with that. But this is absolutely the worst diet you could imagine for long-term obesity, heart disease, and some forms of cancer. If you wanted to find one diet to ruin your health, you couldn't find one worse than Atkins'."
How does one lose weight? First or all, remember that you cannot lose weight if:
Your body is too acidic (acid radicals are manufactured and are not neutralized)
You have Candida-yeast overgrow
Your body is full of toxins and parasites
You have low thyroid function, adrenal insufficiency and/or hormonal disturbances
You have fatty liver
You have insulin resistance – "Metabolic Syndrome X"
You are on - American Standard Diet
You don’t like to be healthy, pretty, happy
Second of all, on our weigh loss program you need not worry about being hungry. When you address your specific nutritional requirements you will not have any hunger pains. When you finally balance your diet needs, your food cravings will disappear, you will wake up each day with more than enough energy and your blood sugar level will go down.
We will help your lose weight gradually without cravings and self-blaming. Obesity is a complex, complicated problem containing both physiological and psychological components that must be addressed.
