Body building is the sport of developing your muscle fibers through the combination of weight training, increased caloric intake, and rest. Body building is the technique of "building" the maximum strength and muscle tone in the body through weightlifting. Body building is concerned with shaping and defining the body's musculature, or muscle system. Body building is popular with many celebrities today, both male and female, as a way of just staying fit, toned, and attractive without being overly muscled. Body building is a method of targeting muscles with multiple exercises. Body building is the best way to hold the control of how the body looks. Body building is a systematic way to develop a wonderful physique through the use of proper nutrition and exercise program that can sculpt strong, solid looking muscles.

Muscle:

Muscle mass can be significantly increased in as little as two weeks. Muscles require sufficient time for healing, once every week for directly hitting the muscle is better, but alot of Bodybuilders prefer 3 times a week in their routine. Muscles, tendons and ligaments apt to shorten over a period of time that restricts our range of motion and leaves us more prone to injury when abrupt stresses are placed on such structures. Muscles usually demand more work, time and devotion than the people generally think it does. Muscle building is a greater part of every bodybuilder. Muscles provide the needed movement to our body, The body is nothing but muscles and combination of several muscles working together. Muscles receive the signals from the central nervous system (CNS) of the body for the movements. Muscle pulls are the most common occurrences in the body building training routine. Many athletes who want to remain legal and yet gain muscle bulk and energy, use creatine instead of steroids. First of all, it pulls fluid into the muscles, thus hydrating the muscles. The more you workout, the more you sweat, the more dehydrated your muscles become. Simply put, creatine keeps the muscles wet and working. Strenuous athletic workouts dehydrate the body, tire the muscles and quickly deplete energy levels.

The Training Routine:

It may take longer to develop muscle strength and size, but when you have it, you have it as long as you keep training at an intense level. The natural bodybuilder must pay extra close attention to sound training practices, in order to continue that gradual, continuous climb up the muscle development ladder. If you make a chart listing all the positives versus the negatives when it comes to natural bodybuilding versus steroid induced training, the natural bodybuilding positives far outweigh the drug induced positives. Stay with your training and your freshman fifteen will be MUSCLE not flab. While weight training and body building is helpful in sculpting a great figure, aerobic exercise is the cornerstone to any workout and it is the foundation for a healthy lifestyle. Weight training to be fit does not always have to mean bulging biceps and over-accentuated muscles.
