The recovery of the muscles also can happen in the presence of sufficient amino acids and the only source of amino acids is the dietary protein. Body builders generally need higher quality protein with the better BV instead of depending on proteins like soy which is mostly averted because of its estrogenic properties. Most strength trainers get both protein and fat from meats such as beef, chicken, pork or fish.
