Wow, the truth is enlightening. I have studied many "diets" and tried many of them as well. I have had a challenge with my 20 pounds of up and down weight that I would like to shed completely and once and for all. I know I feel great when I shed this weight. I feel great physically, emotionally and feel so sexy. I just found, more secrets to taking control and directing my eating habits to lose these last pounds. One of which, no one really addresses, how food affects your hormone levels, which aid in losing or gaining weight. Hormones are such a challenging subject for professionals, especially for women. I never realized until now, how important it really is for the balance of our internal chemistry. For instance, by eating too many processed and chemically infiltrated foods, the detrimental effect it has on your hormones. Therefore, organic food, is the answer. The pesticides and hormones that they inject into all kinds of meat, this is not meant to be in our bodies. Yes, we do have to pay more, but in the end, it is less. The by-product of these synthetic and manufactured substances promote cancer, heart problems and all associated health issues that come with this and that health professionals do not accentuate this enough in their consulting.
Wake up and take care of yourselves. Not only, eating healthy, the second most important attribute to great health, is exercise. I have exercised religiously for over 20 years. I look at least 10 years younger than my years. When I was about 28, I had two ruptured disks, the L4 and L5, which are the most used vertebrae that are used in the lower back. I was a young entrepreneur and had to work, regardless of my physical health. I was flat on my back, had to crawl to the bathroom, etc., you get the point anyway. I did this for 4 months, when I could not stand it anymore and finally went to an orthopedic surgeon and after looking at my options, I decided to have the least invasive treatment done. I did not want to be, cut open, so I opted for an injection, called, Cymopapaine. It was a papaya enzyme injection into the middle, of my (lamina) of the disks. It was a miracle. I was healed, within a week. Henceforth, I just needed to get my muscle tone back into shape. I made a commitment, pact to myself, that I would work out, exercise for the rest of my life, no matter what.
I have explored and practiced exercise and different kinds of working out the rest of this time. I am always looking for new and better tools for more effective exercise. I am very muscular for a woman and need to exercise and tone what I have. In reading this last teaching tool, I am exhilarated to change my eating habits and strengthening and even get great Abs. It is so much easier for men to show off and get fine looking abs and the techniques I have learned are absolutely the finest I have seen.
