Lose Your Beer Belly – The Simplest Way

Within this article on simplest ways to lose your beer belly I will lay out various simple and yet very obvious solutions to burn away your fat beer belly, so please do not take offence by my blunt way of expressing my point.

I might not be the cleverest man alive but when I hear my buddies asking how to lose your beer belly I get a bit narked, as the most simplest of all advice is to either cut back on how much alcohol you drink or quit boozing altogether. We don’t need to be too smart to work that one out!

To be fair, I get it from some of my buddies all the time. They ask, "how did you lose your beer belly?" Well, that’s a hard one. My Answer to that simply is: "I just kept out of the pubs and bars and stopped pouring gallons of beer down my neck each night!"

The crazy thing is, that they want to lose their beer bellies but the last thing to enter their heads is that in order to lose your beer belly you got to not guzzle beer. Buckets of beer and lager equals big fat beer stomach. You know it makes sense.

It is analogous to the man or woman who smokes forty a day and yet wants to be able to run and get fit and healthy but gets out of breath after only a short while and sits down to smoke another cigarette - yet cannot understand why he is about to have an asthma attack.

Honestly, I really don’t mean to be nasty by stating the apparent, but at times we just fail to remember to just look at the solutions that are right under our noses and instead, we search for reasons and solutions to our problems that are just irrational and have no bearing on the problem.

Of course, there is this layer of lard on the belly that we know must be eliminated and the first place we need to start could be to go online and find a proven fat burning exercise program that includes both a fat burning diet and exercise program combined. I’m sure that this has occurred to you but let's face it, trying to get fit and lose belly fat can often be quite a challenge to lose your beer belly but unfortunately, it is the best and safest way to do it.

The fact that you have searched and are now reading this, leads me to think that you are the kind that can make a decision and focus your mind to take the necessary action and most importantly to stick at it, then you will lose your beer belly and obtain radiant health, saving yourself a ton of dough by not drinking beer and hopefully taking up a useful hobby that you may have been putting off for years that you once really enjoyed.

If you are still reading this, then can I assume that you are made of the grit and mettle that wins and succeeds and are at the point of changing to the healthy lifestyle - am I right? I personally know of many people who have turned their whole lives around by massively reducing their weekly alcohol intake, as well as quitting some of the other dangerous and health killing associated habits that go hand-in-hand with boozing. Most of them have gone on to become very successful in many areas of their lives.

So to conclude, the first thing to do is either quit or reduce your alcohol intake (you will benefit by even cutting back by half the amount) and replacing it with a past time that is more pleasurable and that does not damage your health, join up at your local gym and obtain that radiant health that you know you can have again and lose your beer belly once and for all.
