Solar Schools are the Wave of The Future
Going to solar school is a way to get a jump on a growing field which is expected to explode to over 16 to 37 million employees in the next two decades. Already national funding efforts have made this energy efficiency training field a high demand occupation. Just last month, 4 billion dollars was budgeted to renovate public housing for energy efficiency and those that have had green training or solar school are being recruited.
Ecotourism is another area that is expected to employ many. Already, eco-tourism is growing a three times the rate of the tourism sector itself. Solar experts predict that more hotels, theme parks and other tourist destinations will continue to promote "green" personas to the general public and comply with "green" initiatives in order to be government hotel suppliers and save energy costs.
The renewable and sustainable energy industry grew three times faster than the U. S. economy in 2007 and solar thermal, photovoltaics, biofuels and fuel cells were the biggest gainers. Many of these details are part of solar school energy efficiency training education and certifications.
Those that are knowledgeable will be in high demand, since this field is fairly new and the public is unaware of funding availability for tax credits, education scholarships and other incentives. As it becomes wider known, most residents will go after tax credits, utility rebates, lower energy costs and more efficient solar systems as well as unemployed will likely become aware of the scholarship money available for their re-training and new demand occupations.
This is not an isolated field to the United States, Europe already offers a one year master program in solar education and many overseas countries are expected to experience the increase of demand for alternative fuels, once the crude oil prices get extremely high again. By going to solar school and getting in on the ground floor of this emerging profession, those that are certified in green building and technology will have a definite advantage.
With the bold, new Government energy programs, solar technology is the most viable option for the quickest growth. This field has been in the infancy stages for a number of years and it is the most rapidly growing alternative energy field, with more builders implementing the technologies in new and custom built homes and commercial buildings. It will soon become almost mandatory that engineers, architects, builders and installers have certified personnel on their staffs for compliance in these methods. Many are already sending staff to renewable energy training solar schools in an effort to stay ahead of the field.
For the college students entering the job market in future years, this occupational field appears the most promising. Many universities, colleges and trade schools are offering training in the solar technology fields and have solar school classes that are seeing higher enrollments. This industry is expected to trigger many offshoot businesses, so those that have the renewable energy training education and certification will be the first choices. Those that have solar school education will be ahead of the learning curve and in the highest demand. This is one of the few fields that are expected to have an overabundance of higher paying jobs and not enough trained applicants to fill them.
