They say that half the work that is done in this world is to make things appear what they are not. This is so true with those who wear swimsuits. Brisbane is said to be the best place to flaunt those sexy swimsuits. It is vying to stage an Australian fashion festival of bikinis, since many people there say that Brisbane’s waterside is the home of the all-time popular swimwear. The Brisbane Fashion Festival drove both participants and onlookers on a feeding frenzy of all types of swimwear, from skimpy bikinis to surfing wardrobes. Models ramped and posed in Southbank and in Spring Hills Baths. Aside from their swimsuits, these living mannequins have sun block and water bottles as their accessories, since temperatures could really heat up, hovering around 33C.

For ordinary mortals, the confounding dilemma of the day is which swimsuit to wear. Some even take out a small fast cash loan come summer time just to get the best buy of swim wears, ranging from $30 to $300 a piece. So before racing to the mall and shopping for that dream swim wear, people should first find out which swim wear matches their body type. For women, do they have big breasts or wide hips? For men, it could be a toss-up between bulging stomachs or larger thighs. These are some "problems areas" to be considered when choosing the swim wear that fits a certain body type. Sometime, it is a combination of problem areas, like one has big stomachs and huge thighs. But, if it is too late to hit the treadmill or go to the gym, people with problem areas could shake some pounds off them just by picking a good swimsuit. There are only two things to remember when shopping for one: cut and color. Here’s how:

For those with protruding bellies, choose swimwear with colors and patterns with a dark base or something with a dark color on the bottom part and a lighter one on the top. And, as it is with suits and dresses, never wear swimsuits with horizontal stripes or huge floral and print designs. If the problem is about a big bum, choose for a high cut leg rather than a bottom half which hangs low on one’s behind. As always, remember to get dark colors because these have a fantastic slimming effect. The tip for people with wide hips is to avoid tiny prints and small floral prints, and instead, pick dark, single-block colors. One can’t go wrong with dark colors.

If there’s some extra payday advance money on hand, try to get the branded swimwear because these use good materials and have great construction. A more expensive swimsuit could also mean less wear and tear. All in all, picking the right swimsuit is just half the fun, going to the beach is the best way to spend summer!
