Feelings of Rejection are one of the most pervasive dark forces that destroy relationships. Where do they come from and what can one do about them?

Feelings of Rejection are likely at play whenever one is unable to fully trust others to like, love, appreciate and or accept them. This creates a tendency to remain shy, aloof, withdrawn and to be unable to fully be honest, authentic and intimate with others. There is also often a heightened level of hyper vigilance or self consciousness as an attempt to check one's self image making sure that it is presentable and acceptable to others.

Sadly this experience leads to a huge drain on one's energy, presents an image of someone who is terribly insecure, lacking self confidence and perhaps even "needy", all of which sums up to being perceived as very unattractive.

So what does that lead to? Well to an increased risk of, you guessed it, being rejected.

Hence the fear itself creates a self fulfilling prophecy. Once rejected again then the memory of that rejection gets added to the storehouse of other similar memories of rejection from one's past stored in the unconscious mind. It is these negative memories that fuel the fear in the first place and which set one on a downward negative spiral to a sad and lonely life.

Is there a way to break or even reverse this spiral? Absolutely!

In order to do so one needs to contemplate the reasons why the individual in question believes the fear and the negative memories actually serve them. Now I know that may sound like a strange question because the first response might be that they only cause destruction and hence have no useful purpose.

Surprisingly a new process developed in the last decade helps one uproot these very beliefs. In doing so an interesting and powerful thing happens. The fear and the memories that feed them get spontaneously diffused and released/erased from the unconscious mind.

This is akin to breaking the negative downward spiral and becoming free to be one's self peacefully, calmly and confidently. In other words it helps release the Fear of Rejection completely and permanently.
