Erasing Feelings Of Inadequacy Forever

Feelings of Inadequacy have a huge detrimental effect on one's motivation when it comes to being successful. If you suffer from this problem and would like know how it is possible to completely erase such feelings from your life then this will interest and motivate you to great things.

Feelings of Inadequacy are rooted in many deeper beliefs such as:

1. I'm not good enough.

2. I am not smart enough.

3. I don't have the resources I need to succeed.

4. I can't do it alone.

5. I'm afraid of making mistakes.

6. I'm afraid of failure.

7. I'm not assertive enough.

8. I have low self confidence.

And so on.

These and other negative beliefs have been preprogrammed into your unconscious mind by the storehouse of negative memories from your earlier life. Those memories serve as the "evidence" or "proof" for those beliefs and constantly support and/or feed them thereby keeping them strong.

The bad part of all of this is that none of those memories or beliefs serves you!

That's like saying that you are imprisoned in an emotional straitjacket that is preventing you from being successful in your life.

Now if any of this resonates with you or at least triggers some feelings of anger or frustration then you may wish to try the following short exercise. Place one hand over your Heart and as if you are speaking from there to yourself simply say one of the following (or both), whichever applies to you:

1. What has been said resonates with me.

Or

2. I affirm to myself that this situation feels as it was described and this makes me feel frustrated and/or angry.

Now take a moment and notice how you feel there in your Heart region. Whatever feelings you have notice them and then say the following, again as if you are speaking from there:

1. I affirm that I feel (here name the feeling(s)) in my Heart.

Now notice how you feel there again. I think you will likely notice that there is an evolution of sorts occurring in the feelings you are having. For instance many find themselves going from feeling frustrated, angry and so on to feeling more peaceful, a sense of relief or release, calmer, stronger, more confident, more empowered, even more optimistic.

What is happening is the following (again notice how what is going to be said resonates with you in your Heart):

This exercise allows your Life Force Energy to begin to reintegrate and/or reunite with your mind and body. It is this reintegration that is spontaneously accompanied by the feelings of inner peace, confidence, optimism etc. that you are having.

Your Life Force Energy is the source of all of your strength, confidence, capabilities, etc. The reason you felt inadequate in the first place was that your mind/body was in a state of Life Force Energy depletion which was caused by the "parasitic" negative memories that have been living inside you.

It is possible to permanently and effortlessly erase those memories and by doing so help you reclaim a sense of wholeness, completeness, adequacy, confidence, optimism, enthusiasm and thereby catapult you into a state that is primed for success.
