Sometimes I would wonder why a construction project in Los Angeles County has to be costly when the outcome does not exceed the expectation of a homeowner or a building proprietor. Like L.A., there are also many construction companies in Orange County that charge way beyond an individual’s budget that is why I can’t blame my friend, Ysabel, for worrying about how much she’ll have to spend for a remodeling contractor in Orange County.

Ysabel was raised by her grandparents since her parents died in a car accident when she was barely a year old in this world. She would always tell me there was not a time she felt a gap in her life even with her parents gone, as her grandparents have managed to fill her will so much love. When Ysa, as we fondly call Ysabel, graduated from college, she told me she’s going to look for a lucrative job so that her granddad can stop operating the road grader as he was nearing 80 years old but still working like a dog.

Ysa had no choice but to take on a contractual job in a nearby post office. She did not get much every month but at least it helps her pay off the bills and put simple food on the table. So it boggles Ysa now to learn from her grandmother that they have to hire a building contractor in Orange County since the leak in the basement and the termites in the walls have deteriorated the structure of their house, which can come down any moment this week.
Now as I look at her worried face, I tell Ysa she doesn’t have to rely on the construction company in their place if she couldn’t afford it. I know of a construction firm in Ventura County that is responsible for the many beautiful homes and establishments in the said county. It never fails to deliver first-rate service at drop down prices I tell her. I gave the contact number of the company to Ysa and she immediately dialed it on her mobile phone. After a brief conversation with the person on the other line, Ysa told me the company’s crew is going to their house first thing in the morning to conduct free estimates. I told her to only expect the best from them for that is their specialty.
