Lime marinade 1.5 pound of Skirt Steak 1 green or red bell pepper 1 small onion 3 tomatoes Cheese to taste Pico de gallo sauce Flour tortillas
Cut the skirt steak and marinate it in lime by keeping it in a sealed container. Refrigerate the steak for at least one hour. To prepare the lime marinade, you would require 4 to 5 limes, half a cup of red wine, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon light molasses, few cilantro leaves, minced garlic cloves (2), half a teaspoon of ground cumin, and black pepper.
