  • Getting vitamin D-producing sunshine
There is more to staying well during tough times than simply staying away from these negative things as well as getting rest, fresh air, exercise and sunlight. We need more to work with than these fundamental basics. We should not only avoid junk food, but also eat and drink super-charged nourishment. This helps to protect the body naturally so the body is able to fight off infection and stay well during flu season. What the body needs to safeguard itself is:
  • Concentrated, enzyme-rich foods
  • Plenty of nutrient-dense fluids
  • An extensive assortment of nutrients from different sources
