You Always Know

What To Do

I think that it is less complicated to uncover the secrets of the universe than we have been lead to believe. I have listened to many so-called teachers both from media sources and on line. They all seem to over complicate things when talking about the very spiritual world we are all, at least to some degree a part of.

There are those who try and bring the information to us in a way that we can understand but many who are more trying to confuse us than help. In a great number of those cases I believe that it is the teacher who is confused and that is more the problem than the overall information that we need being so difficult to understand.

The truth is I actually imagine, that we are all to a much greater degree than we are aware, already in possession of everything we need to know. We are connected to source much more than we recognize and can (And Do) always know the right answer to everything. As I have mentioned many times in the past, we just don't like the answer we get sometimes and do things differently even when we know it is a mistake.

You can call it intuition or instinct but what ever you refer to this natural phenomenon as, it is there in all of us. Frequently it shows up more apparently in animals than in humans. (There is probably less thinking going on.)

One day I was talking my walk around Oceanside Harbor. I saw a man with a pretty good size dog (German Shepherd style) As I approached; the thought crossed my mind that this dog wills probably "Go Off" on me. My thought was that he would probably react by barking and growling and acting as if he were going to attack. As sure as the world when I got close that was exactly what happened. The guy apologized and said he was shocked; his dog rarely ever acted that way. He made those comments to another person he was talking to and I just kept walking. As I started back that way I realized that it was me who with my own thoughts caused the dog to react and made it my business to approach this time with the thought that the dog would immediately like me and would be very friendly. When I got near, the man started to apologize again. I stopped and told him that I was sure I knew why the dog had reacted the way he had. By this time the dog was standing beside me licking my leg. The owner was amazed and very pleased. The same dog that wanted to attack me five minutes ago was my best friend now.

That same power operates in all of us and we all have access to it. Some use it more than others and some believe that it eludes them all together. It does not; they simply choose not to listen to that very quiet voice within.

The same type phenomena in other areas of our life work all of the time as well. There is rarely a time when an important decision needs to be made that we don't know exactly what to do. It is our practice to try and analyze the situation and figure it out logically. That is usually the wrong approach. The answer being provided by the universe is nearly always apparent as well as right.

The best way to explain is the same way I always explain this. If it is that connection to GOD that is telling you what to do it will never try and convince you. Never defend its position. If it is your EGO it will use every means available to convince you that it is right. Any time there is any urgency or need to convince you that it is the right thing it is not the hand of divinity that is guiding you. The Devine simply knows and you can do it that way or not, it is your decision.

Start using that intuition we all have and change your life.
