Get A Fast Six Pack - The Three Keys to Success

Everyone wants to have a nice sexy stomach. In fact, the number one desired body part according to a survey is the stomach. Having a nice stomach can make you so much more attractive and when you work on getting a flat stomach any other fat tends to come off with it, meaning you will be healthier and sexier.

Think about this, when someone is big and has a big stomach, they are called fat right? Well even when someone is big and has a flat stomach, they are considered built and strong. Whether you want a ripped six pack or just a flat toned stomach, you need to check out these three keys. You will be so much happier when you look great and have that sexy stomach you always wanted.

Mental Preparation

The first key is to have the right mental preparation. This involves a few different things.

  1. Figuring out exactly what you want to achieve.

  2. You need to have an insane desire to get what you want and to reach your goals.

  3. Find and write down your exact goals.

  4. Visualizing what you want. Start acting like you have already reached your goals.

  5. Believe in yourself

  6. Take action!!!!

Getting the right mindset is very important when starting any exercise routine. I want to clarify a few things about this. First of all, in number 4, this does not mean that you can just believe and act like it has happened and it will be so. What this means is that you should start showing the confidence and happiness that you would feel if you had just achieved your goal. You still have to work on getting to your goal.

Number 6 is the absolute most important part of this or any exercise routine. Actually I would go so far as to say it is the most important thing for anything you want in life. You must take action if you want anything to happen.

The law of attraction and all that stuff will have no effect if you do not accompany it with action taking. So make sure that you actually start your routine. You will be ahead of 90% of the people trying to get in shape.

Diet is Important

A lot of people overlook the importance of a diet in their workout regimen. Your diet is extremely important. Don't make the mistake of thinking that just because you work out extra hard that you can eat a bunch of junk food.

I'm not going to go through an entire diet plan here because there is just too much info to take in and diets can get really complicated.

I will go through some pointers to keep in mind when trying to get a fast six pack.

  1. Don't follow fad diets, they don't work

  2. Some fats are okay. Eating the right fats can greatly help your weight loss.

  3. Pay attention to how foods are processed. A good rule to follow is the less processing the food goes through, the better.

The bottom line is to eat healthy. You can probably figure out which foods are healthy and which are not. Just try not to fall for the fad diets. If it seems too good to be true, it probably is.

The Workouts

Now we get to the fun stuff, the actual workouts that you will be doing. There are literally hundreds of different workouts that you could be doing to get a six pack; sit-ups and crunches are not at the top of that list. They are actually closer to the bottom. You need to start focusing on other things.

Use exercise balls and do sit-ups on those. You can also do some knee pull-ups. Just hang from a bar like a normal pull-up and lift your knees up to your chest. If you want a better workout you can keep your legs straight when you do it.

Ab wheels are great for getting a six pack or toning your stomach. They are basically wheels with a handle on each side and you kneel down and roll in and out while holding on to the handles.

These are just a few ideas that you can do. There hundreds of others.

The most important things to keep in mind are to keep good form when doing your exercises and to stick to it no matter what. There will be times when working out is the last thing you want to do.

You have to get past that, suck it up, and work out no matter what. Obviously if you are hurt or sick and exercising will be bad for you, then hold off until you are feeling better.
