Skin Care, Vitamin D3 and Sun Screen

Summer is coming so it is essential (VITAL!) you care for your skin - especially facial skin with the proper focus and products (see below). Facial skin care products (read skin beauty, anti aging, creams, dry skin, wrinkles care (or removable), skin gels, skin face cream, face anti wrinkle care, laser treatments, lotions etc… can and do save you from aging wrinkles and that tired look.

And summer is sun! So use the correct sunscreen for the intensity and

time (duration) you and your family will be spending in the sun.

When choosing a sunscreen for skin protection consider these facts from the EWG team 60 sunscreens with SPFs from 55-100+ might tempt you to stay out longer in the sun, but they block just 1-2% more sunburn rays than an SPF 30 sunscreen.

Hundreds of all-day moisturizers advertise SPF protection, but 1 in 5 offers little protection from harmful UVA rays. Some break down well before the day's end. A surprising new government report attributes an increasing incidence of malignant melanoma among people who work indoors to UVA rays shining through windows onto unprotected skin.

Lip cancer is most common on the bottom lip where sun exposure is most direct. Two of 5 lip balms offer poor UVA protection.

So use SPF’s 55 and above if you are in the sun longer (especially if light skinned) more then even a half hour! And especially if above 5000 ft. The high frequency ultra violet light increases exponentially with every 1000 ft increase in altitude. You will burn in one half hour above 5000 ft. if you are light skinned - protect yourself! Apply SPF 55+ and wear a sun hat! Avoid skin cancer, wrinkles and that old tired look. Take care of your skin (especially facial skin) and it will see you to a long healthy life.

Now for the inside of you! Take on a daily basis Vitamin D3. This is like swallowing sunshine!. Twenty minutes of sun light exposure creates one half of all your daily need of Vitamin D3, but A LOT of us don’t spend anytime out in the sun daily so it is essential you take a D3 supplement. Adults can take up to 10,000 IU’s of Vit. D3 a day. And vitamin D3 helps prevent: Hypertension (High Blood Pressure), Autoimmune Diseases - Diabetes, Multiple Sclerosis and Rheumatoid Arthritis, Alzheimer's Disease, colon and colorectal cancers, and Osteoporosis.

I hope you take up and use these facts for your health. Take care of your skin and take care of your life! http://skincareexperts.info
