The best life diet was created by Oprah Winfrey's personal trainer and fitness expert Bob Greene. The Best Life Diet is comprised of 3 phases and centred on the idea of making small gradual changes to your lifestyle, transforming your old unhealthy eating and poor exercise habits into a new healthy, active lifestyle which will not only make you feel positive and full of energy, but also look fantastic as well. Bob Greene gets you to look at all areas of your life and address the ones that need attention, for example you may have financial problems or your social life may not be so great. He advises you to make just one small change to that area each day and although very little difference can be seen at first just wait and see how dramatically your situation has changed in a year! One of the greatest weight loss issues that Bob Greene addresses is emotional eating. It's easy to turn to food if you are anxious or depressed, so by resolving problem areas in your life you will feel happier and more content with yourself and as a result you will find that you're losing weight and looking great at the same time! Bob Greene also has another goal, that you dramatically reduce the risk of cancer, diabetes and heart disease by following his healthy eating diet plan and become more active in your daily life. Some of his tips include drinking more water, eliminating alcohol from your diet, and taking a daily vitamin supplement. Exercise is a major part of the best life diet lifestyle and doesn't have to involve going to a gym, but simply making your daily life more active. For example just 30 minutes brisk walking 3 times a week will have make a big difference to your general wellbeing as well as helping you to burn off those calories in your weight loss plan.
