First and foremost we should start with our mind.

Consciousness determines the being – and these are not just words. All your inner feelings and emotions directly correspond to what is happening to you and your life.

A simple example:

Every morning you go to the bathroom to take a shower or just to wash yourself. What are your first thoughts when you see yourself at the mirror? “Early getting up! I want to sleep! Going to work again! My face reflects the tiredness. I’m sick and tired of everything. When will the week-end come? Etc.”

The result:

Irritation, tiredness and dissatisfaction are the outcome of these thoughts.

All the events of the day will reflect this negative state of mind.

The way to work will be intolerable: unending traffic jams, crowds in metro and buses, angry people around.

Your job will be boring, your boss – a tyrant, your colleagues tedious, your every day dying talents…….. At home everything is the same: children, kitchen, television… Who wants to live in all these? How could we be really happy if the life is like that?
