My doctor laughed at me when I told her I ached. My joints and neck aches. I have since been to another doctor. After a year of "Quacks", I am going to another doctor. I have found that mini meals help as well as avoiding dairy. I have been on levoxyl and sinthroid. Have been exercising. Have not weighed over 120, while pregnant, twice. I now weight 145, and cannot loose a pound. I am also taking two teaspoons of coconut oil daily. If anyone knows of anything to do to help hypothyroidism, please, please help me.
