Erectile dysfunction (ED) or impotence is the consistent inability of a man to get and maintain an erection sufficient for satisfactory sexual intercourse. It can result from any one of a wide variety of physical and psychological causes.
According to health experts, many ED cases may be due to both physical and psychological factors. High blood pressure, diabetes, heart disease, and certain medications may be associated with a large number of ED cases. Other risk factors for ED include nerve damage, kidney or liver disease, other vascular conditions, cigarette smoking, and excessive alcohol consumption, which make it difficult for sufficient blood to flow into the vessels of the penis. Health experts believes that, psychological factors such as stress, anxiety, guilt, depression, low self-esteem, and fear of sexual failure cause up to 20% of cases.
Fifty percent or even more men between the ages of 40 and 70 experience ED to some degree. It is vital to understand that ED is a medical condition and not necessarily just part of getting older. The better part is that there are medicines and treatments that can help men with ED. Impotence can be treated at any age, and awareness to this fact has been growing.
There are various options available in the market for the treatment of ED. Psychotherapy is usually suggested by doctors for patients who are likely to benefit, but alternative treatment includes drugs, vacuum devices, and surgery.
Oral medications such as Generic Cialis or Tadalafil are the most common treatment for ED. Generic Cialis comes under the class of drug called Phosphodiesterase inhibitors and works by enhancing the effects of nitric oxide, a chemical that relaxes smooth muscles in the penis during sexual stimulation, and allows more blood flow into the penis for an easy erection.
Generic Cialis should be taken with or without food at least 30-60 minutes before sexual intercourse. Generic Cialis takes effect in as little as 15 minutes and enhances the ability to achieve erection for up to 36 hours. It also needs very little sexual stimulation as compared to other ED-drugs.
Generic Cialis can cause indigestion, back pain, muscle aches, flushing, and stuffy or runny nose as side effects, but all these will go away within 48 hours of its use, but in case of severity of side effects and prolonged painful erection called priapism, help from a doctor must be taken immediately.
The quality as well as the safety of the generic version is equivalent to branded Cialis, the difference lies in the cost. You can order Generic Cialis or any other anti-ED drugs through the Internet. By doing so you are able to protect your privacy and you can also save your precious time.
So if you’re a man who has ED, or if you think you might be, don’t worry, you’re not alone. Share your problem with your partner and visit a doctor and ask for the right dose of Generic Cialis today and enjoy the benefit of it.
