Supplies required: - Toy doll about the size of a newborn baby

- 5 foot long rope or string.

- A really small laundry basket. You could also use a fruit basket if you don't have any laundry baskets available.

- 10 outfits of baby clothing (Use brand new ones and give them to the Mom-to be after the game is done.)

-1 package of clothing pins (These can be purchased anywhere.)

-A phone that actually works.

-A cell phone

-An egg timer or kitchen timer

-A gift for the winner

This is how you play: This is one of the funnest baby shower game ideas. Each woman will get get the chance to become the multi-tasking mommy. Two other guests will hold the string between them like a clothesline. The hostess will then give the multi-tasking mommy the laundry basket, clothes pins and of course the baby doll.

The victim, I mean player, will also be given the telephone, and someone will call them from the cell phone and try to have a conversation with them.

The person on the phone will try asking them certain questions to make them pay attention, such as, 'What was your husband's name again?' or 'What was the name of your very first pet?'

The player will try and hold the baby and at the same time, speak on the cell phone and hang the baby clothes on the string. She will have to keep it up for three minutes. Once the 3 minute timer dings, she is done. The number of clothes that were hung up are tallied up. However, if the baby falls, it is an automatic loss.

Each baby shower guest is given a chance to be the multi-tasking mommy, and the person who hangs up the most clothes, and does the best job having a conversation and holding the baby wins the prize.
